We have varied backgrounds which allows us to best serve our clients Real Estate, Mortgage and investment needs. We have your complete interest in mind when negotiating the best price and the best mortgage rates available. The best homes on the market today often receive multiple offers above the asking price. We take our buyers strengths and present the sellers with a complete offer and financial package showing we are serious about getting a deal done. It is not always the highest offer that gets the home, but the offer the seller feels will most likely close.
Our goal is to provide solutions for selling in today’s market and helping buyer’s to make homeownership a reality. When seller’s can sell and buyer’s can buy, even in a challenging market, everybody wins!

A graduate from University of Central Florida he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance. Daryl brings over 16 years of professional experience from his early days as a Credit Manager to a General Manager of one of San Diego's largest furniture stores. His days in retail prepared him with the negotiating skills and customer service needed to be successful in any business. Daryl then became a top producing loan broker prior to becoming a Realtor. Daryl Provides both Mortgage and Real Estate consultation to all his clients.
Daryl has a very strong work ethic, but finds time to take advantage of the great outdoors here in Southern California. He enjoys spending time at the beach in the summer and snowboarding in Big Bear during the winter. He has very strong community ties and has been actively involved with the local Elementary School as a member of the “Dads Club” as well as coaching youth soccer and Pony league baseball. -

A licensed real estate broker since 1988, Pete has extensive knowledge of various aspects of the real estate industry, having spent the first eight years of his career as an Associate with a real estate investment banking firm specializing in real estate ownership through syndications, disposition, and refinancing, then as a CFO in a land predevelopment / development and mid-level residential construction company, and finally to a CFO and Acquisition Director for a small real estate venture specializing in real estate acquisitions and financing for income producing properties. In 1996, Pete created the framework for residential financing and sales as he formed and operated both a real estate and a national mortgage brokerage company that would later merge to form the current brokerage, Cypress Realty Group, Inc. While over the past 15 years, Pete has built the marketing and organizational framework to increase sales and adapt to the fluctuations of the marketplace and clientele, he remains committed to providing exceptional customer service. He takes great pride in listening to the thoughts and desires of each client and then providing detailed answers, explanations, spreadsheets, or whatever information is necessary to make that client feel comfortable....and excited...about the task at hand. This may be a direct product of his 28 year part-time career teaching and tutoring students ages 9 to adult in math, study skills, and school entrance exam preparation.
Pete is a member and active participant in both local, statewide, and national real estate and mortgage Associations, Better Business Bureau, in addition to being licensed as a real estate broker and loan originator in the state of Arizona. He enjoys traveling, reading, and a variety of sports and outdoor activities including cycling, running, golf, tennis, and hiking.

Jim’s twenty plus years experience prior to Cypress Realty & Mortgage includes being a top producing Real Estate Broker with Prudential California Realty representing the top 3-6% of agents nationwide six out of seven years. In addition, he was a Chief Appraiser and Real Estate Consultant for TRW as well as the principal and owner of Davey Appraisal Services. Jim also spent a number of years as a Financial Consultant with AXA Advisors, specializing in Investment Management and Estate Planning. He has his CA Real Estate Broker’s License, a Series 7 Securities License, a Series 66 Investment Advisors License and a CA State Insurance License.
Jim, his wife and four children reside in the La Costa Area of Carlsbad just north of Encinitas. In addition to his strong work ethic, Jim still finds time to give back to the community. He has been actively involved with fundraising and event planning for the local Elementary School including; the Tee Off for Technology Golf Event, helping to implement the Peace Patrol, supporting the Reading Challenge Program, the Math 24 District Event and the Jog-A-Thon. Jim has also supported various programs at La Costa Canyon High School and the San Diego State University’s Aztec Athletic Foundation. Jim has enjoyed coaching and refereeing for the AYSO and Lighting youth soccer leagues as well as coaching in the LCYO baseball program. His hobbies include a variety of outdoor activities such as cycling, running, golfing and going to the beach. Many weekends you will find Jim out on the soccer fields supporting his children. -
